Feedback driven curriculums brought to life through collaboration: Embedding sustainability and excelling in retrofit provision

Harrogate College has been working with businesses and the third sector across its region to upskill people in retrofit; working to raise awareness of its need, and in doing so raising the demand for it as well as the supply of those skilled in it.

Through collaborative partnerships with a shared goal, this project has become a reality and has a lot of potential to scale up and have an even bigger impact.

This is one project that exemplifies the work going on across the college to embed sustainability into all disciplines. This all centres around employer feedback gathered through a newly launched Employers Network, and functions through collaborative working to ensure the best opportunities are given to upskill staff and empower learners with the tools for tomorrow.
