Please read the information below and the guidance notes: 

• The Application Form is available to download from the foot of this page. The Stage 1 section is to be completed (maximum of 4 A4 pages) and then submitted online via Google forms, together with your institution's logo and one project image.
• All applicants will be notified on 13 June and Finalists will be invited to complete Stage 2.  
• Please note: If your institution is in the UK & Ireland or Australasian regional chapters you can only apply via the regional route and cannot apply directly to any of the International Green Gown Awards categories.

​All submissions for the 2024 Awards are to be submitted online using Google forms. This requires the user to have a Google account. If you do not have one, and you are unsure how to create one, our help guide provides step-by-step instructions of how to create a Google account.  

Before applying, please ensure you have read:

• The category criteria
• The Google help guide
• The guidance and what information you need

How to apply:

1. Set up a Google account if you do not already have one
2. Go to the Google form (you will be prompted to sign in to your Google account)
3. Complete the information and upload:
   1. the application form
   2. your institution’s logo
   3. one project image
      Note: maximum file size for each upload is 10 MB.
4. Press submit. Once submitted you are unable to change any details.
5. A copy of your submission will be emailed to the address used.
